  • Include a brief description of your hobby: Don’t just list your hobbies with no explanation. Provide a short description that shows how it is relevant

  • Be concise: Don’t go on and on about your hobby in your resume. Include just enough information for it to serve its purpose such as demonstrating a relevant skill the position you are applying for requires

  • Be honest: Don’t lie about your hobbies or it could catch up with you at a later date.
  • Don’t get too weird: An interesting hobby can attract attention but if it is too strange it might put people off
